I got all excited when I saw your post. I'm like cool. I live in Cincinnati and this would be a fun spring thing to do.

Then the crash. October. Do you know what happens in Cincinnati during the first week of October? Mother nature gives us freezing weather. Just a little reminder that winter is coming.

Anyway, I'll see you there.

Eric, I'll do my best to bring the event to you here. :o)

Michael, you had me worried. I thought you were going to say that October is Cincinnati is Monster Truck Rally month or something. Winter won't put me off. Lack of parking spaces would. ; )

Well actually, Cincinnati is the only city to have stadium based Monster Truck events, but I don't think there is a lot of overlap between woodworkers and the truck guys.

The good news is that Woodworking In America is going to be held in Kentucky. I'm just going to have to get my papers in order for the border crossing.

I'd recommend that you stay in a hotel on the Kentucky side. The 71/75 bridge has the highest traffic use in America, so getting from Ohio to Kentucky is a lot like being parked.

EVEN with what will be a 2-month old baby at the time, I will be there, if you can believe it!

Do I have the best wife or what?

Michael, that's funny about the monster truck event. That was a totally random comment on my part. I'm staying in the riverfront marriott in Kentucky. Glad to hear I'll miss the traffic!

Ethan, you are indeed a lucky man. :o) Will you be wearing a kilt to the conference???
