Woodworking In America is just 2.5 weeks away. Even if the Conference sold out before you could register, you can still shop in the Marketplace, which will feature 70 vendors, many of whom are hand tool makers.
Admission to the Marketplace is $7, but a $2 coupon is available on the WIA site.
If you plan to attend and you'd like to say hi, you can find me here—bogarting the Sindelar Tool Museum.

Its good to hear that your feeling better and will be able to go.
Kari, see you there. Looking forward to a weekend of woodworking.
Thanks, Don. :o)
Corey, see you in Cincy!
Hi Kari,
I have been following your blog for a while now, but this is my first comment. You always have interesting stories with a unique perspective, a quick wit and great pics to complement your commentary. Oh yeah, and your craftsmanship is top notch.
Glad to hear you are headed to WIA and I hope to see you there. It will be my first year attending and I get more excited each day.
Guy, I have a feeling that this will be the best WIA ever, so you picked a good one to attend. Be sure to test your skills at the Handtool Olympics booth in the Marketplace, and do say hi if you see me. I'll be the one chatting my fool head off.
Are you hauling any tools with you. I lugged a bunch of stuff to Valley Forge and never used any of it. I am staying in the low rent district and it looks like a bit of a walk to the show.
Don, I'm not bringing any tools with me. I *think* there are tools available if you're taking hands-on seminars, but you could write PopWood to be sure. I've heard others say they brought tools and never used them. We're staying close by, but that's because I'm lazy. heh.
